Don't expect your LDS to assist you with an item you bought online.

I'm sure they'd be happy to sell you a different mask.
Yeah, I wouldn't expect my LDS to get involved. I am working with the online retailer. The real disappointment is that I have traveled all the way to Sipadan and instead of enjoying my dives, I have had to struggle through them (and now having to borrow another mask and make do with it).
