Yeah, I wouldn't expect my LDS to get involved. I am working with the online retailer. The real disappointment is that I have traveled all the way to Sipadan and instead of enjoying my dives, I have had to struggle through them (and now having to borrow another mask and make do with it).Don't expect your LDS to assist you with an item you bought online.
I'm sure they'd be happy to sell you a different mask.
