no idea... i would guess he doesnt after 15yrs
i do remember having a conversation with one of them not too long ago and my brother says to me "who are you talking to?"... i still get them mixed up
i often wonder how a mum with newborns figures out which bub is which... i would be taking a big black texta and writing their names on their backs
