Help - need suggestions of a good / decent $300 price range camera!

The coupons are expired online, but if you call the 800 number they will honor the coupons. I also got it for 279.25. Any ideas where to get a good deal on the housing?
 
I would vote for a Fuji A10 (the automatic version) or the newly released A11 (complete manual and auto). Fuji makes an underwater case (168 ft rated) for either that runs around $150. They are selling the A10 for around $299.

These have 2000 dpi resolution and extremely good low light capability in a 6 meg file size.

Etronics.com has the housing for $160 :).
Amazon has the WP-DC90 on their site too I think as does B&H and Adorama.
