Like I said, stay clear of jelly fish and Titans, and don't touch anything, and you'll be fine!!!!
besides, not touch the bottom and corals makes you into a much better diver fast!

ok i have another question . Ive never been into a long flight , Neither experience jetlag..
I know everyone is different, Shape , and tolerence.
The thing is i am landing in manilla at (EDITED): 12:00 AM night but in my head it will be 12:00Am noon , Will you think ill be tired ?
should i take a room at manilla or should i go to cebu ,bus to maya , boat to malapascua right aways. ?

[-]if you arrive 12pm, you'll be out of the airport by 1pm. Then you'll catch a flight to Cebu and arrive there maybe as early as 3pm as late as 4pm. It takes about 3-4 hours by bus up to Maya. By then it might be too late to travel to Malapascua (the boats don't travel to the island after dark).
So it's either you stick around Manila and beat the jet lag, or fly to Cebu and beat the jet lag over there. FYI, there's diving in Mactan, Cebu (20-30 mins from Cebu airport)...[/-]
edit: Yes, you can head to malapascua and just rest over there.
And, yeah, it really depends on you - I usually don't feel tired and can't sleep right away when I get off the flight. My brother drops like a rock. Don't eat heavy and drink lots of fluid. That'll help you adjust.

the fligh (mnl, cebu) i am aiming is 5 AM , that mean cebu at 6.15 AM So it guess its possible .... to make it no ?

I've been nipped at by triggers in Florida. I had to punch one in the face (fish face) while lobstering.
