click the link, Item 6 (sama na rupiahs :D)
item 6 says if you transport (bring in or out) more than 10,000 PESOS you have to declare or go through the international dept.

if you're transporting foreign currency of less than $10,000 then you don't need to declare...

btw... w/c one's the fire coral? the brown stuff or the yellow stuff or the red stuff on the ground?

Jag

Alright thanks , so basicly i just pop those in , and thats it right ?

How much does they cost ?

Salamat po

i'd recommend SMART. i use GLOBE and my general experience is that SMART reception is better when you're at the resorts or near the beach/provincial areas.

anyone had a contrary experience?

at first i tough they were piranah

what kind of fish or marine species should i be very carefull , i guess there is a lot that are poisonous ?

Basic rule techno... Don't touch anything!!!!! There is nothing dangerous over there that will attack you for no reason... Don't touch, and you'll be OK. besides, poison or no, you should never touch anything while diving! Keep your hands to yourself (unless you are doing the bar scene!!:eyebrow::eyebrow:).

Then, add to this: watch out for anything "jelly fish" like... Like Box jellies... Just stay clear away from jellies and you'll avoid problems...

Oh yeah, and stay a good distance from Titan Triggerfish... Especially if it's nesting season... These fish have quite a caracter!!!! They'll give you a good thrashing...:shocked2::shocked2:

ah yes, titan triggerfishes. i think chip can attest that they are more menacing than sharks in these waters.

while we are at the subject , is there anythings , i shoulnot try to eat ?

I know for salad , and fruit that i dont peal , water, ice .. but anything else ?

Jag

Neither. The brown stuff is sea nettles, and yes, they sting.

Fire coral is reddish-brown hard coral with white tips, generally in shallow water. Seeing as you appear to be volunteering, I suggest you go round touching everything that meets those criteria and take a snap of the one that hurts to post here.

Thanks in advance.

BTW, will be back to you soon on the other stuff :)

Balut! Peeled or not, don't touch the stuff!!!!:rofl3::rofl3::rofl3::rofl3:

I'm just kidding! It's just I didn't have the balls to try it myself... I didn't get that drunk while I was there...

Oh and by the way, the Titans will bite right through your wetsuit... They have very big teeth! They even bite through fins! They aren't that bad when it's not nesting season. I've approached them to within 10 feet with no problems. But if it's nesting season, watch out and don't provoke them!!!
