Hi! Just got redirected to this site via a post on the Baja.net forum where I was fishing for tips and ideas about diving there...

I am a 40+ year young French woman living in London and planning to come to Baja for almost two weeks early November. And of course... I want to see everything!! from schools of scalloped hammersharks, to whale sharks to schools of mantas and ... even maybe this humpbold giant squid??? Do you know of any dive shops that are serious and who organize that trip???

I have dived in the Indian Ocean around Zanzibar, in Maui, in the Red Sea (North and South) and in Cozumel.... and now would like to experience Baja diving!!

Look forward to hearing of any suggestions... if you have any... and if you need tips about diving where I have been, don't hesitate to ask or pm me!!

All the best!
Cat. :blinking:

Welcome to SB, Cat.

You might look at Dolphin Dive Center in Loreto. Owner Susan Speck is an expert on diving the Sea of Cortez. I've never dived with them, since I'm based on a boat when I dive that region, but I've heard good things about them.

Giant squids live like 1000 meters deep, but you might see gray whales.
