This form is to be filled out, printed and presented on arrival. How strict are they on the 12/24 hours prior leaving are they? We leave Friday noon, overnight in ATL then arrive at 1:45. Can I fill out, submit and print Friday morning? Thanks B

Yes, you can do that. Worst case is you show them a copy when you arrive. Best case is they send you an email confirming they got it.
