If Frances turns south after landfall as it now looks like it will, the rotation will suck Isaac north over Florida is my best guess and 4 years of meteorology ....:)

Yeah it's currently just a rain storm with winds under 39 mph, and may not make it to landfall.
 
Many of the more reliable forecast models show Isaac weakening and moving over the western Caribbean as an open wave, the hurricane center said earlier Friday. Let's hope that holds true.
 
The National Hurricane Center now classes it as "Remnants of Isaac". Circulation has apparently stopped.
 
Dang, what's with all the late storms (it is late, isn't it?)?
It's September. It fits. One of the reasons it's slow season.
