Any updates? Is it Friday? (rapidly approaching!) Hello? Can you hear me now? Good.

We will be diving Friday(PL) and Saturday-I was thinking S or N Monastary...?
Anyone have any ideas? Dan mentioned Coral Street as being nice..
Ben-There are three of us on friday-You are welcome to join?

WS,Jason,RenP do you guys have any suggestions for saturday...?

It will depend a lot on conditions this weekend. I would suggest South Monestery if the conditions are good. I will be at the breakwater finishing up a divemaster course, so I will be stuck there on Saturday. We will be doing a night dive there, if that is an option. If you guys are going to be around Sunday, we are planning on doing a boat dive, probably off the Cypress Seas.

Unfortunately i'll be out of town but you guys have fun. Besides Lobos i'd say N. Monastery if conditions are good. I don't like south side as much because you have to swim pretty far out to find any depth over 30'. Coral street can also be awesome if conditions are good. I've found the further you swim out the better vis gets (i've seen 70' vis there).

Hope you guys have good weather,

Chris

We're pretty open for Saturday. I'd be up for diving Monastary or any other location.

I have a buddy coming in from Colorado, and another buddy may join us as well.

Let's see how the weather turns out for 5/20, and go from there.

Sounds like Saturday's a good day for a picnic on the beach at Monastery... Let's call it a Nor Cal SB get together

I'll get my single tank setup squared away, and ready for Monastary.

Just curious ... how far is Monastary from the Breakwater?

I heard a rumor that JoeT is gonna be diving the Breakwater on Saturday, and I wouldn't mind at least stopping by to say "hi" ... if not to go get wet with those guys.

Of course, the more I hear about Monastary, the more excited I am about diving it. Sounds like the entry/exit's a bit rough ... :11:

Whatever you guys decide is fine with me ... I'm really looking forward to finally getting to dive down there.

It's about a 10 minute drive. If there are ankle biters at Monastery, I drive right past and go to even better spots further south.
