heh... guess I should have hit refresh one more time before posting. :bonk:
 
I dive aluminum singles and went with the SS plate. This way, I don't have to wear a weight belt but, the rig is still balanced to the point that I could swim it up with no inflation.
 
didn't want to lug the SS plate around...so I got the Al. With a 3mm jacket and single Al 80, I don't need weights.
