My guess is that your class would be about $50-75 cheaper, since your students won't have to pay for a hotel, meals, and flight for a remote instructor (Andrew and MHK). The 5thd classes in Seattle are cheaper for that reason. And, I suspect both MHK and Andrew won't mind too much, since it seems they're pretty much booked as solid as they want to be world-wide.

As a side note I think Mike mentioned earlier that we'd be in competition for the $99 class.. We have a stated policy against doing that just to avoid any potential for the undercutting and reduction of quality to happen..

Nate, I guess at the end of the day all we can do is disclose that JJ has an ownership interest in Halcyon and GUE, and that one of the many manufacturer's that we recommend is Halcyon and let everyone judge for themselves.. I'm not sure how else to resolve the matter.. I'll also note that this isn't unusual in that Tom Mount had an ownership interest in the Cis-Lunar and Bret Gilliam has had several ownership interests in addition to TDI..

We disclose it as best we can and hope people understand that Halcyon was born out of a frustration with existing manufacturers unwillingness to make the changes George and JJ were seeking..

As for the second point I think if the all the agencies had a policy like that a lot of things would change for the better.
