Greetings all.

Hi everyone.I decided to join up as I'm in need of information and although I'd heard of Scubaboard for ages,I'd just never bothered signing up.....you know how it goes!
I'm a PADI MSDT and have been working for the last few years in Honduras.Now I want to do a season in the Med. and follow that up with Asia come the autumn.I LOVE diving.....who here doesn't???and I enjoy teaching also.I'd be grateful for any words of wisdom on the diving around Cyprus and any recommendations on great asian diving spots...with a view to working but preferrably not liveaboard nor resorty.Thanks in advance.

Howdy waterfall and welcome to SB, sounds like you have some great plans to something we all love. If you post your questions in the appropriate forum(s), I'm sure you'll get some good answers to your questions.

Hey waterfall, I welcome you to Scuba board. We all love diving here and if some one doesn’t then they are in the wrong place. Diving is cool. What else can I say there is nothing else like it. Me I am addicted to everything with diving. You well meet a lot of friendly people here, also lodes of advice. Feel free to post your questions on any forum that fits in.

I've been to Roatan a couple of times, and this summer headed for Utila. Love the diving around there, but can't help much on your future locales. I'm sure you can find plenty here, tho.

Welcome to the board.
Laurens already gave you some of the links. I did my first intro in Cyprus but it was ages ago so there is very little I remember (at that time wasn't convinced that diving is a great thing).
Anyway - some of our Med guys can give more details about diving in this area - so ask them...
