We hired a new realtor today. I'm not expecting miracles, but I expect my listing not to fall off MLS.

This weekend we are finally bringing some furniture back to Tampa.

Where are ya diving Jay? You should be diving with us so's we can sign a dive-flag for you. I recently, well kinda recent, did my 500th dive solo. :sad: I did have Bill there though for the day.
