Rant...
Received an eviction notice Thursday (last week). The house was sold we rent, and nobody bothered to notify us. We were sending our checks to the old property management group. 10 phone calls later everything sorted. However never even an apology.
We moved out of our old place in Tampa 2 months ago. Still no security deposit returned. Realtor ignoring calls. Tonight we threaten to call the owners, and instantly we get responses.
Drive 3 hours one way to dive Alexander Springs to find the day use area full. $#@%.
Tonight do a search on our home for sale on MLS. It's no longer listed. Our realtor let the listing expire 2 weeks ago, and never noticed. What a sham.
The great news is we are in Florida, and love our new friends. Even our pup has some new great friends over in Westchase.
