Stop feeling left out of the loop... it's a vacation. The daughter and I will be in the Smokies, and come back before New Year's Eve.

I'm shooting for the 200 club, 200 even that is. I need to drop another 45+ pounds to get there, I was 190 most of my teenage years, when I got married it was like someone pulled the pin on the fat grenade and baam!!

Look at the bright side!, when we both get to our goals we will have lost a enough weight to be able to fit 2 more divers with us on my boat..
