I just wanted to send a public thank you to Waterproof Wetsuits.

After noticing a defect on a new wetsuit I sent an email off to the company conveying my disappointment. In less than a day i received a phone call responding to my email. The product manager who called had a few questions about the purchase, then apologized for the problem and requested that I send the suit in for immediate repair.

This is the sort of customer care that has become a thing of the past. While no one likes to have any issue with an expensive product, the real measure of a company is how they choose to deal with those instances of defect that will inevitably occur. So thank you Henrik Borg, and thank you Waterproof Wetsuits, you have earned my respect and my future custom.
 
I had the same experiance with them. Even got a call from Sweden. Very good.
