We go to Cayman every year. We love the place, diving and people. I totally agree with BlueFrog about taking your own, even if it is rented locally. Also, remember diving is an equipment intensive sport where you are putting your life on the line trusting technology. Don't be dollor foolish when it comes to protecting your life and/or the money you spent getting to the dive destination.
