Hurricane Ike effectively closed the Galveston Police Department Dive Academy. The devestation to the Island was immense and we knew that our infrastructure was going to be a long time recovering. My co-instuctors at GPD both retired last month and with their departure, the GPD Dive Academy has permendantly closed. See the notice at PSDiver.com.

We hope to have a new home for the Underwater Crime Scene Series by Spring.
