Just thought I'd add this video in. I can not vouch for it except I wills say there is some bad language so be forewarned.

I think two of our instructors in dive school in about 72' were PJ's. They taught our "What to do if you touched it anyway and it bit your hand off" and the Decomp stuff. All of the Instructors were some kind of Special Forces guys. Our "dive club" operated out of the Hurlburt Special Operations Base in North Florida.

Well, I’ve been working on it all through the 2024-25 winter months, and it is at a Beta Reader (also a PJ) right now. It’s too long, and so I’ll be sending it to an editor in a few months, then trying to either find a publisher or publish it myself. Thanks for asking.
