Need to survey the Goliath groupers themselves... they are the biggest stakeholders in this yet no one asks their opinion!
 
They are already protected BTW.
 
I'm aware that they are already protected. The point of this survey is to decide whether they should open a season to harvest them, or keep them protected BTW.

I thought of that. But every time I dove down with my sound recording equipment, it shorted out.
