I am not sure exactly what the Escort was. If I remember correctly it was an "air only" pelagic hockey puck? Of course, I also thought the Escort was comparable to the Matrix rather than the Matrix Master and was not down loadable so I could be wrong on all counts.
If it is a downloadable hockey puck, D/L kits for other hockey pucks like the Matrix Master and Oceanic Data 100 may work. But then D/L kits for all three are pretty dated and your only source will probably be E-bay.
And there could be other problems. My Matrix Master D/L kit does not work on an OS newer than Win 95. So, since my wife still uses her Matrix Master, it has it's very own dedicated P400 computer (which is the ultimate waste of space in the den.) Tech support for obsolete dive computers and D/L software is pretty much non-existant and no one is to my knowledge updating drivers or software.
