that was kind of my point. They want to take it and put it in a small restriction that is not "smooth" and then get it in there "tight". So tight that expert divers like Edd can't get back in there.

then try to back it up, hit the sides of the walls (blindly), get it wedged, and hope they don't snap the tether while in there either.


I'm betting they'll have an operator or the underwrite of the operation stop it at some point and say "we won't go any further".

So, in English, this means?? 17lbs of thrust doesn't seem like a whole lot. At least not enough to push through 25 million gallons of flow...

I'd love to go watch the festivities, but I'll be under water in the Chipola at that time having a good time in one of my favorite caves. I'll post my own video...although it probably won't be as entertaining... :mooner:

I give it about 300' past the grate unassisted. After that I would think drag on the tether will stop it.
