I imagine any ROV thats supposed to pull several thousand feet of tether, and have enough propulsion to fight a current, is definately going to be pretty big. They'll never see any bottle sized restriction.

It would take a lot of logistical planning to set something up like this. Guess what? That ain't happenin'!
I'm a bit curious how many divers it will take to "assist" this ROV though. Close to 2k' of cable in a cave is gonna need people to feed it and keep it from getting hung up on stuff.
