I have found that the undergarments make a big difference. I just went from an MK2 to MK3. I tried it for the first time today. I can bend ok, but now I have problems reaching the valves on my manifold. I don't think the undergarment is too small. It's just so thick it's hindering my range of motion.

I have the DUI 400gm undies and find the bulk at the elbow joint keeps me from flexing very much. Probably the same thing for you, and that is before putting the drysuit on. I can reach my singles valve no problem, but find my doubles to be harder. Center valve is easy as I just use my head to push my hand back.

I'm using a Bare 200 gram, but its quite big on me, so its probably bunching around the knees.....

I've also got a mk3 being altered right now, so hopefully that will fit better. We'll see how that changes things.

I would visit/talk to a White's dealer about your donning technique. There is a very particular and unique method for donning the Fusion that the factory recommends. I've tried the suits on a couple of times at DEMA and the factory guys are pretty specific about how to pull the suit on.

I'm not a dealer/user so I don't have it memorized.

BTW - 1'm 5'10" and 185 lbs and a L/XL has plenty of room for me.
