I forgot to mention the Scubapro Twin-Jet Full Foot. My girlfriend has had knee and leg strain issues with other fins, but switched to the blue model which are very soft indeed. The only thing she's ever complained about was that they occasionaly rub the back of her foot a little bit. Other than that, she swears by them.
