From SoCal to you...

This Friday I'm heading out to Hawaii on a quickly planned trip. We're hanging out through Tuesday. I'd like to dive if possible (of course ), but I'm clueless on the area. I'll be staying at the Aston Waikiki.

Any recommended operators in the area? Will it be difficult /expensive to get out on a dive? Any other recommendations will be appreciated.

almost all of the operations here will pick you up in waikiki,,, diving can be almost anywhere on the island this time of year, price varies from 80~130 per two tank dive

Check out these folks at Barefootscubadivers , they have a special on Sunday 2 tank dive for $90....Highly recommend them, and they pick you up at your hotel too.

I ended up diving with scottietheduck. A great couple of dives without that "cattle call" feeling.
