Come on folks! Surely someone could pitch this to a manufacturer.

Cynde at CDS had a great deal for me... A Scubapro XL for $125. However, I tried it on and it was too tight in the chest and... ah, er... the butt. Other than the M&B the last wetsuit I had that I thought was great (it survived ~600 dives) was a Tilos.

One of our former local instructors gave me a newish wetsuit before he left the island. All it needs is a new zipper (assuming that can be fixed AND I can fit into it). I really do love my older suits... they are attention getters, aren't they!

I am curious though. Exactly how long has he been diving that wetsuit?

Really now, don't laugh. From reading Dr. Bill's posts I find him very similar to a character I know in S. Fla. Dr. Ray McAllistar, Profesor Emeritus FAU, used to have a wetsuit that he loved, but had pretty much come apart. He would lay it out on his living room floor, duct tape it together, and crawl into it. It would last most of the day. However, he never wore anything beneath it, and one day we heard him screaming while taking it off. Seems duct tape adheres very well to hair. Soon after that he finally broke down and bought a new suit.

Of course if more ScubaBoarders bought my DVD's, I'd have enough to buy a new wetsuit (and food, too). Maybe I should post a special offer here. Hmmm, if each ScubaBoard member bought just one of my DVD's, I'd become... much less poor!
