Dr Bill has taken "broken in" to a whole new level.

Just needs a little Duct Tape. That's all! :rofl3:

I am curious though. Exactly how long has he been diving that wetsuit?

You are all just jealous since you never could have put that much wear on a suit. :)

Add a little duct tape, some wetsuit cement and give it a leak test...Voila!

I missed this thread earlier. What's wrong with that suit, Dave? It's still warmer than the three other wetsuits I had that lost their legs (and various other "body parts" over the years). I still have the two that followed it, but they aren't worth wearing now... that M&B is (until water temps drop below 55 F).

Yes, the suit is shedding fabric... has been for years. I had a lovely lady come up to me at the park Sat and asked if I had survived a great white shark attack in it. I told her it didn't attack me... just swam by laughing.

Howard, I promised Pete I would get that dry suit patched but it's going to be expensive and my banker says I need to keep him happy so I can continue to live in my house.

Now I don't usually accept charity (unless it is in large denominations). If more people bought my DVD's, I could afford a new wetsuit (hint, hint, hint).

I'm just jealous that he can wear that suit in the chilly waters of socal without freezing his butt off! It doesn't take me too long to get cold in my 7mm full suit with a hooded vest and gloves!

I thought that thing had been retired once and for all !

Count me in for $20 as well Dave! But have we ever thought Dr. Bill might just be trying to attract the ladies by showing skin through the suit???

I'm just glad it's shedding fabric. That thing looks so old I thought it might have been walrus or some other more natural material shedding skin cells, you know, made before there was neoprene! :rofl3:
