By France Park, are you speaking of the old France Lake... now known as Natural Springs Resort (NSR) ???? or is there a France Park that I don't know of?
There is a France Park near Logansport Indiana where you can dive. Nice site but visibility was always low when we were there in the summer months. Dove there once "pre-season" and had nice vis.
