They are out on loan so I can't measure, but I believe they are pretty standard spacing. I have the rubber-wrapped bands on them and they are quite stiff. Also, since they are barrel sealed, there is a bit of adjustmet room on them.

I also have An XS/Thermo manifold set, but it is un-mounted. Like this:
XS Scuba Thermo DIN Manifold 7/8-UNF 3500psi
Note: picture shows a 230bar 3/4" version. The 3500 7/8s are 300bar outlets with no inserts but otherwise the same.

At $339, I'm hoping to avoid going this route, but may have to bite the bullet.

I was in the same boat after picking up a set of 7/8 120s. The shop said they had old valves/wouldn't service them so I had to go the new thermo manifold route.

I do have the old valves with plugs, bands and manifold though. I think they're Beuchat from what they said and not sure how available parts are. They're sitting in my basement so willing to part with them if you're still interested.

I would be shocked if those aren't serviceable.

PM incoming shortly

There's a reason why I only go to this shop for bits, bobs and nitrox/air fills now.
