I got a visit from the forum fairy complaining of spaming.........

no not sending 1,000's of emails or nonsical threads, just putting a link to my own personal non profit making web page.

yet there are people here who have links to their business web pages........

can't quite work that out, maybe my face doesn't fit in this forum?

cool webpage.. i dont think its spam..you're not selling anything.. spam usually is of a "commerical-nature"...i dont see a rule saying "dont advertise your personal webpage" ...

If I understood correctly, the problem wasn't the link to your web page it was where you were putting it.

The only allowed position for personal links is in our signatures. That way they aren't offensive to anyone yet available for those who want to take a look. On almost every one of your posts, you had it as the first line of your post. Some folks in the past have complained that that In-your-face placements was offensive. They are just trying to please everyone!

I sent you a PM a while back with the request that you move it.
I guess the powers that be decided to say something to you, too.

I also moved this thread to a more appropriate spot to Non-Diving Related.

Protocol buddy, protocol. You'll be fine now that it's in the sign. area of your posts. Nice web page. By the way has anyone ever told you bear a slight resemblance to Mr. Bean. I love that guy!

I'm a big fan of some "British" humor. Monty Python, Bennie Hill, the Bean .... love those reruns when you can get them. You folks like to act more cultured than us but your just as wacked in many ways. And i say that as a good thing

Thats one thing i find really funny, when Americans always say our humor and Monty Python in the same breath.

I find MP sooo boring and not funny, benny hill was funny, but we have had lots of stuff millions of times better than that.

one to watch out for is Ali G, he was a Jewish guy that went to Cambridge University and dressed up as a black guy in skull caps, shell suits, lots of gold rings and chains.........i used to wet my self laughing every time!
