O-ring once bubbled...

...it was just a loose bezel. No big deal, light works fine after drying out...

Its funny you should mention that.I checked mine the other day and it was a little loose.Mine never leaked or anything but it may be a wise idea to check the bezzle every few dives to make sure its snug.Not to sure how mine loosened up.Might have been from the o ring compressing or just from handling.I check it every few dives now.Glad to hear his light is still ok

You mean the knurled ring around the front 'o the light? That unscrews and is sort of the thing that makes this light head sealed, right?

I checked between dives - not loose, but I get it a small turn - not an O-ring-squashing-He-Man turn (like I could even deliver such a turn) but I did sort of cinch it down.

I'll make sure I check it from time to time.
