Same here (about falling off the fitness wagon), it's a bit depressing to look back and see all my good intentions...and see how far I haven't come.Natasha:Can you beleive how long ago we started this? And look at that list... I fell off the wagon..but I'm getting back on. It's a slow boat to China..indeed!

Definitely a YEA! I started back at the gym about a month ago and have done some significant changes to my diet...it's very sloooooowly starting to work.Natasha:I hear ya Queen. :eat:
