I see I am still on the list from way way back. I am tried of the aches and pains in the joints and lack of energy PLUS I am working (or is it playing - since I am having so much fun at it) as a Dive Con. Need all the help I can get!!

Can you beleive how long ago we started this? And look at that list... I fell off the wagon..but I'm getting back on. It's a slow boat to China..indeed!

Same here (about falling off the fitness wagon), it's a bit depressing to look back and see all my good intentions...and see how far I haven't come. :)

Definitely a YEA! I started back at the gym about a month ago and have done some significant changes to my diet...it's very sloooooowly starting to work. :thumb:
 
I reached my goal of 150, does that mean I'm disqualified? How about if I go down to 140?

Congrats! It's hard to maintain. Just keep track..you don't need to loose more..but you could gain back..so stay with us.
