How do we log our gains/losses with you?
 
OK. TSandM convinced me it was time. Well, I have been thinking about it for some time now. Ten years ago I was a distance runner having built up to 14-20 mile long runs. I weighed 180-190 depending. I had to quit because of some sideline work that wouldn't let my legs heal. I now I wieigh 234. Would like to get back to 200 and maybe start running again.

So.... sign me up please.
