You can weigh in on any day that is convient for you. We post our results, good and bad on Tuesday and Thursday!

I figure if this works all those wet suits that keep shrinking in my closet especially over the winter might stretch back out somehow. ;^) Eat Safe, Roger

Hello. I kicked things into gear two weeks ago -- started working out 2 times a day, 4 days per week. Already I have dropped 5 pounds and can see my body coming around! Come on, we can make this a fantastic year!!!!
