I've heard these are huge...can someone supply the actual dimensions?

I plan on putting a 100' finger spool, a 60 lb liftbag, and shears in it...too big or just right?
 
Yeah...they are nice and large but...they fold down nicely with the pleats. Go for it...and they make great underwater speed brakes when you open both flaps at the same time...:D
