When transfering dives from any Shearwater computer to my iPhone, my phone goes into screen lock either during the second or third dive causing the transfer to fail. Transferring 5h of dives requires reconnecting 2-3 times.

App is fine, set your phone to not lock and reset it afterward.

Moments ago I downloaded my last 10 dives to the Shearwater App - windows version and had no issues.

I cannot remove the autolock on the phone due to my employer security. The app should avoid triggering of the lock screen while downloading dives.

I was having a lot of trouble downloading to my android phone. SW support was great but ultimately I worked around it by downloading to a different device (Macbook) and syncing through the cloud.

Then you’ll either need to buy your own phone or touch the screen within the lock timeframe.

I keep an old phone with no sim card solely for shearwater blue tooth log uploading. Asinine that this is what's required, but it works and I've just got used to it.
