I hope he doesn't mind, but I've gotten quite the chuckles out it.
I especially like the pic of his finger and the big grin on his face!!!!!

I bet that dude is a character to hang out with :)

Are you guys gonna eat all those bugs?
No, we're going to hide in the woods and throw them at passing cars. :icorolley

How much is enough even if the holes are full? Leave some for the next dive group!

"Enough" is the legal limit of 12 per person per day here. In two days with five divers we took a whopping total of 24 bugs. Anything with eggs got put back (it's the law). I used seven tanks of 36 Nitrox for a total of eight dives in 90-95FSW. I caught over 30 lobster, only six of which had no eggs. So with less than one lobster per dive, I'm not exactly putting a hurtin' on them. However, if they were all legal you can bet your tickle stick I would have kept my 24. If the next dive group wants to work as hard as we did, they can get theirs too.

Don't knock a legal catch and please don't derail this thread, larrandall. Thanks.

Cheers, Cannon! Sounds like a great season.

Wow...great info. I've heard those guys could bite your finger off, but didn't believe it. Man, Thanks again.

Dang man, talk about hard core.... He should come down to Jupiter and meet one of the local dive Instructors, hopefully their fingers would be the only thing they'd have in common... :D
