No, it's another current incident/accident fatality that happened this past Friday. Was told to be ready for a possible Chamber Treatment, which unfortunately turned into a confirmed DOA by the time I arrived at Two Harbors Friday night for Crew Duty.
Bummer...
I was at the Chamber Sunday (for a tour not a treatment) and Kevrumbo has the facts as I heard them.
