I'm moving back to Santa Barbara this week after 2 years in Australia. I've got ~5 tanks sitting in my dad's garage that I plan to resume using, but they're all going to need hydro testing.

Does anyone have hydro testing shop recommendations in the SB / Ventura area? I seem to recall hearing that fire extinguisher shops offer cheaper hydro services than dive shops.
