I realized that after I consulted the TDL chart.
I previously thought we were discussing the 3442 fabers

I dive those tanks almost exclusively when single tank diving in cold water, and I have a LOT of tanks to choose from to dive. I dive a drysuit with thick underwear and with 12 lbs of weight on the belt I'm slightly overweighted. If you look around, they're actually called Mid-Pressure tanks because they're 3180 psi or 3498 with the "+" rating.

The only other single tank I'll dive in cold water is an HP120 that is relegated to So Cal dive boat status because of the moisture problems that some of the boats have. It gets vised and cleaned quite regularly.

You can sometimes pick those tanks up very cheap because some people go from a AL80 to those and wonder why the heck they've become rototillers. I think I paid $50 each for mine.

I could use two more HP 100's. I'll pay $75 ea. any day for them. Can't get that price here on the East coast.

What do you mean people become rototillers? Also as a drysuit diver why do you prefer these tanks?
