Exhaling through my nose

Draken - ouch! If water runs out my mouth that means I'm INHALING it!! But the other sounds like good practice though.

Gman - can you please fix this page so the lines don't go on for so long......?????

No, try it out! When you count out loud - the air from your lungs pushes the water out your mouth.
Then again - You should be able to retain the water in your mask without it running through your nose and into your mouth!
