I have a 55lb H explorer which is perfect for ocean diving with hp100s, lp85s and hp119s (the doubles I have). It also works well for 108s/130s in freshwater (I'm sure its suitable for these in salt too, I just haven't tried it).

Up to 100s in salt water 40 lbs are ok in my opinion, that is what I use with double PST 95s, for 120s and/or fresh water might be better to go for 60 lbs, I use those for double Worthington X8-119 (123 cu ft @ 3442 psi), specially in caves.
