Probably found a good deal on a "Nitrox ready" regulator. And only after posting here learned that there is a different thread on them. Face it, that isn't common knowledge. A lot of people reading this probably learned something new as well.
 
I think the Germans do as it was their idea in the first place. No one in the UK does.
Haven't seen m26 anywhere except in rebreathers. I haven't dived in German, but have dived in places with many german divers/shop owners.
