Home depot or lowes, or order online somewhere. :D

...I use my own custom cut rubber bands made from bicycle tire inner tubes...I also use black surgical tubing.....additionally, some divers prefer to use bungie cord.

Thanks all - of course bicycle tire !

I use a mtb tube, cut it to about a 2 inch strip.

I was delighted to discover that, if you walk into a bike shop and ask for a mountain bike type inner tube, and specify that you're happy with one that won't hold air, they look at you as though you are a bit mental, but happily hand it over.

Mountain bike innertube, as others suggested. Surgical tubing and bungee both roll, which gets old after a while.

Not this kind, my Pinarello:

I don't have to go to a bike shop, I am a bike shop or at least all the kids for five miles in all directions seem to think I am. Bike tubes that do not hold air, in stock.
