I dove El Matodar yesterday afternoon and had amazing dive. In most places the vis was up to 15feet. The water was a warm, the day was beutiful. What else can you ask for in a so cal beach dive..........

I'm glad you had a good dive, I like diving there. I was at El Matador yest. afternoon too, but not for diving. I did swim though. The waves were big, but I guess you made it through them. The high tide probably helped the vis in the deeper reefs.
