I've eaten alligator. It was kind of tasteless.

Only one Mandarin? can't be much of a meal....

1 mandarin fish, about 500g
200g fine noodles
100g minced meat
1 cup fermented glutinous rice
1 tsp ginger shreds
1 tsp chive shreds
2 tbsp hot broad bean sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
2 tsp Soya sauce
3-4 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mashed garlic
1 tsp gourmet powder
2 tbsp watered starch

Alligator tastes kind of like dried, overcooked chicken. Needs a mountain of chili and soy to give it any flavour.
