Well, read all of the opinions posted and had to try it out for myself. Burned 2 of the candles covering the end of one and leaving the other open. neither of them dripped any wax and the insides were completely bare. What we found inside of the ones we used on ourselves the other day contained matter found on a Q-tip.... just a larger quantity. (ewww lol)
As for the concert/placebo effect, I thought about that quite a bit.....saw another show last nite and nope......I have had pretty bad hearing for enough time to know that it is clearly improved.
Also, strangely enough, I purchased the candles in Windsor, Canada. They also sell them next door to my work, just more expensive there.
Back to my initial question though, it wouldn't matter then how much ear wax was in your ear, you would equalize the same no matter what??
