E-pl3 and 10bar housing? Semidome questions

Hey guys,
after deciding to go with a new mirror less setup over compact, I have a few 10bar questions.
Firstly, why no love for the 10bar?
For the money they appear good, is there something I'm missing?
Starting off with a kit lens, or even the 9-18mm, and the semi dome the 10bar comes with, how does it compare to the oly housing plus zen done?
and it mentions manual focus, does this mean with a little thought you could focus a cheaper fisheye, like the rokinon?
How does the pl3 compare to the pm1? Is it worth the extra few dollars?
Id also be very interested in any videos filmed with the pl3

I have the E-PL5 and its 10bar housing.

As for pm1 vs epl3: get the pm1+oly housing deal. U save more than a couple of $.

Regarding the epl5 housing: it is a fine piece, but has some shortcomings:
#1:the controls are difficult to reach when using gloves
#2: the standard semidome is poor @9-12mm
#3: you have to send the housing to HK for yearly service.

Besides, I am getting great shots with the 14-45mm.
